This program creates individually tailored plans for families and individuals looking for a way up and out of poverty. Our case management staff will help you determine immediate needs and long-term goals then craft a program complete with goals, action plans, and resources. We also offer volunteers to stand with you “shoulder-to-shoulder” through each step of the way for each family member over the age of 12. Additionally we can connect you with essential local services such as jobs training, medical and mental healthcare, legal aid, and educational tools. Tools such as classes in budgeting, money management, debt reduction, immigration support, parenting skills, and youth leadership.
We understand that asking for help can be scary and that change can be difficult but we are here to help you as best we can to move forward. We aim to provide a foundation where you can step up out of poverty or from a place of crisis to a place of greater self-reliance and economic stability.
